What is the Auxiliary?

The Auxiliary to BC Children’s Hospital is a non-profit group of Volunteers actively engaged at BC Children’s Hospital.

Our purpose is to support and raise funds for patients and family programs at the only pediatric care Hospital in BC. Every component that makes BC Children’s Hospital so vital to BC’s kids would not be possible without the generosity of our supporters and friends.

The Auxiliary:

• Operates a variety of businesses in which all proceeds are donated directly to BC Children’s Hospital supporting patient programs and services.
• Is a registered Charity.
• Since 1982 has donated over $7,000,000 to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
• In 2006 formed a unique social enterprise with Salvation Army National Recycling Organization.
